If you are not happy with your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Refunds may then be made up to 30 days from date of purchase on sales worldwide, but is considered on an individual basis.
Buyer pays return shipping and is advised to choose a tracked and insured method of shipping as they bear sole responsibility for the item being returned to me in a good and sale-able condition before a refund will be made.
Personalised Custom Work & Commissions
For personalised custom work or commissions, returns will not normally be accepted. By their very nature custom or commissions cannot be resold.
This may not necessarily affect a handmade box where options are offered as a variation to a standard box, such as lining or compartments. However, initials as an option is considered personalised custom work as it cannot be sold on.
