Desk box in Cherry and Birds-Eye Maple designed for desk tidying and storage.

Handmade in rich reddish-brown Cherry and contrasting beige Birds-Eye Maple, dry-lined with Sycamore and lined with red leather.

  • Contents —

    Two Sycamore trays with compartments of varying sizes provided. The trays sit in two layers. Below the bottom tray is extra space for additional accessories or documents.

  • Fittings —

    Brass stopped hinges. No lock.

  • Interior —

    The box sides are dry lined with creamy-white Sycamore, with the inside lid unlined. The bottom of the box and trays are lined with bright red leather.

  • Exterior —

    The sides and lid are made with a rich reddish-brown American Black Cherry, and lined with a contrasting creamy-white Sycamore.  The lid panel is in a beige and golden-brown spotted Birds-Eye Maple.

    The box is constructed with visible traditional through dovetails.

  • Finish —

    Low sheen shellac finishes the box.
